Eileen Mary Illman

(1st September 1942 - 2nd March 2024)

In loving memory of Eileen who will be deeply missed. Her four children and 12 grandchildren loved her dearly. Eileen’s many friends were so very important to her too and she treasured each and every one of them.

All are warmly welcomed to attend the funeral (11.15 on Weds 20 March at Guildford Crematorium) and the wake (at the Inn on the Lake, Godalming) which will take place straight after the service. Eileen gave to Age UK so, in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation.

I just wanted to drop you an email to thank you for all your care and support in the arrangements for my dad, John.

I know that my Mum, Valerie, was most grateful for your support and care, particularly last Friday which was a difficult day for her. Mum said to me that you went over and above in her eyes, making sure she was ok before you would let her leave.

Dad would have highly approved of the day yesterday, and that’s all we could have asked for. It really was the celebration of his life that he would have wanted.
