She was much loved and will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

As we know from the past, you do a wonderful job and all the staff are so caring and compassionate. The day went off so smoothly and well. Mum looked good and would have so enjoyed her last ride in the jag! I know that my Mum, Valerie, was most grateful for your support and care, particularly last Friday which was a difficult day for her. Mum said to me that you went over and above in her eyes, making sure she was ok before you would let her leave.
