The funeral service that caters for everyone’s needs

Donald Ian Lewis (Don)

(23rd June 1957 - 15th November 2021)

In loving memory of Don, a local legend who will be missed by so many. Don was a kind, gregarious man who both gave and inspired loyalty and lifelong friendship to all those he met. A devoted soulmate to his wife, real life superhero to his three daughters, and humorous Grandon /Donin to his five grandchildren, Don was the rock in family life, always there with a smile, a strong hug, and wise words from his own thoughts or his vast music collection.

A talented creative, Don leaves his mark all around Woking and the surrounding area as well as on all our hearts.

A Few Kind Words...

“I would like to say a big thank you for everything. I had nothing to worry about, it all went so smoothly from the day of his death to the end of the funeral and in the circumstances could not have been better. Thank you so much.

I don’t have a great deal of experience in these matters, but compared to the other funeral directors I had to deal with, Greenwoods are the tops and you personally were a pleasure to deal with, you hit absolutely the right note.”

Ann Bishop

“Thank you so much for the care you took of mum and help and kindness you showed us making a very sad time so much easier to bear. With very best wishes and a very big thank you.”

Thank you for all your hard work and great communication for the arrangement of mum’s funeral. Even though the restrictions limited certain things, everything ran so smoothly.
