Gem Fernandez

(7th July 1992 - 25th November 2023)

In Loving memory of Gem who sadly passed away on November 2023 aged 31 years.

He was very much loved by everyone who knew him and he will be sadly missed by his mum Ylang and all of his family and friends here and back in the Philippines. The world will be a poorer place without his love , his kindness and his constant thoughtfulness for others. He will aways be our Hero.  

The funeral service will be held on 16th January  at Woking Crematorium at 12.00 and drinks afterwards at the Wheatsheaf , Chobham Road , Woking GU21 4AL .

Gem would want everyone to be comfortable and “Always Come Proper ”  therefore the dress code is relaxed, casual and informal.

In lieu of flowers, if desirable please make any donation to the mental health charity Calm via the link below .
