In Loving memory of Jack who passed away on the 5th September 2023 aged 89 years.

He was much loved and will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Dress code is smart but informal (black not required)

Donations in memory of Jack may be made, if desired, to HELP IN ELSTEAD. Please make cheques payable to Help in Elstead and sent to Alan Greenwood and Sons, Selsey Cottage, Milford Road, Elstead, GU8 6HN.
